Ti Cocon Caritan is located in the Commune of Sainte-Anne 97227 Residence de La Plage de l'Anse Caritan, 2 minutes separate you from the Plage de l'Anse Caritan, very popular with holidaymakers because it is spared from sargassum, very invasive and malodorous algae that unfortunately invade some beaches of Martinique. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and access the beach of Anse Caritan to take magnificent shots.
The Residence is equipped with a parking lot and an entrance with motorized code gate, it is located on a magnificent park of 2 hectares by the sea 700m from the village of Saint-Anne with its shops, bars, restaurants, mini-markets, fishermen's market, local products market, pharmacy, doctors, church, bus station...
The studio is fully equipped with linen provided (sheets, dish towels, bathroom mats, towels, bathroom with toilet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito net. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, drying rack.
2 steps away: 2 bar-restaurants: The People Beach with its private pool. The Pirates Beach is located almost on the water's edge.
Many activities are immediately available: swimming pool with a view of the Caribbean Sea, water activities, diving, children's club, boat trips, jet skiing, quad biking, hiking the Trace des Caps (via the Plage des Salines)

Our studio is rentable for a week or more at a variable rate of 50€ to 60€/day depending on the season:

50€/day from May 1st to December 15th
