• Self check-in via keybox
• Maximum 5 guests
• No smoking

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during late evening hours
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon departure

Extra Charges
• Early check-in: £20 per hour
• Late check-out: £20 per hour
• Maximum extension of 2 hours
• Subject to availability

Booking Policy
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
• Early payment is permitted; however, card fees of up to 3% are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• No security deposit is required in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the event of damage or excessive cleaning requirements.

Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival.
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
