Close to train station and tram stop. Access to pool and gym.
The shower needed a proper clean and the bed was to hard for my liking which affected my sleep.

Nice location and clean.
Broken tap in ensuite bathroom and broken toilet seat on other bathroom.

Privacy was a key component that we enjoyed.
Having clean rooms and washrooms was super comfortable.
Convenience of heading to the city was an actual blessing.
I specifically asked for an extra sets of keys, also booking system details about the place didn't match with ensoconnect details.
As we had four guests added to the list, i asked for extra keys but i got a single set. It was harder to see who is at the apartment and who is not. I hoped at least there would be at least another pair of keys.
Room on the ensoconnect was 1906 but we got room 1903.

Keys weren't in the lockbox, host did not answer, called booking.com and took 2 hours to sort out the keys, was originally offered a room on the 16th floor but after 2 hours got a 13th floor room with no view.
