Giuseppe and his wife are very friendly. We arrived earlier than we planned and it was even possible to make an earlier Check-In. We felt ourself very safe (you choose your own code for the enterance). It is near to the center and Lungomare (15 min). Bars, supermarket and restaurants are also in the near. The building has an elevator and is disability- friendly. The balcony was nice so sit and enjoy the area. The warm water was working very well and also the air conditioning. The design was also nice with light colours.
