The Space:
3 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (1 King 2 Queens)
Study desk/work station in the home
Smart TVs in each room including the common room living area
Sectional couch with a chaise lounge
1 Queen Size air mattress
Fully equipped kitchen
Guest Access:
The entire home is available to the guest
Other Things to Note:
There is a strict no smoking/party policy, any violation to this rule carries a $1,000 fine. Thank you for understanding. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. A $100 pet fee applies, plus $25 per pet per night after the first 4 days.
No one is allowed on the fire escape except only in the event of an emergency evacuation.
In order to help protect our planet and conserve energy, please ensure that all lights, appliances and TVs are turned off when not in use and when leaving the unit
There is no loitering allowed at the front entrance stairway of the building.
