Welcome to Gatlinwoods!

A luxury Smoky Mountain retreat designed for unforgettable family vacations, group getaways, and special celebrations.

Located within the beautiful Amazing Grace resort community, Gatlinwoods combines upscale design, resort-style amenities, and the natural beauty of the Smokies. Just minutes from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Glades Arts & Crafts Village, you enjoy easy access to local attractions while feeling surrounded by forest, mountain air, and peaceful views.

From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the details.

Three levels of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces invite you to slow down and enjoy the mountains. Expansive balconies feature flowing sheer curtains, comfortable seating, and peaceful forest views with glimpses of the Smokies beyond. Start your day with coffee and birdsong, relax on the outdoor swing bed, and watch fireflies drift through the trees as evening settles in.

Level 1 – Entertainment & Relaxation

The lower level feels like your own private mountain resort.

The indoor pool is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed with atmospheric lighting, botanical touches, and a relaxing spa-like feel. Enjoy pool volleyball, basketball games, floating loungers, or simply unwind by the water.

The adjoining game lounge features:

Arcade games

The dedicated blackout theater room includes full reclining theater seating for movie nights and big-game viewing.

Step outside to a private lounge area with a six-person hot tub overlooking the surrounding woods.

Level 2 – Gathering & Connection

The main floor is where everyone comes together.

Two luxurious king suites with private ensuite bathrooms offer comfort and privacy, while the open-concept living area creates the perfect space for gathering.

The living room features designer furnishings, oversized TVs, and a dramatic LED fireplace that brings warmth and atmosphere throughout the year.

Entertainment assumes a whole new dimension with all king bedrooms and living room having 65" flat screen smart TVs. Theatre goes a notch above featuring 85" flat screen smart TV. All TVs have other popular apps like Netflix, Disney, Prime, Hulu etc. for guests to use their own subscription.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. A complimentary snack bar helps guests settle in after arrival, while the café station offers a Keurig coffee maker, Starbucks ground coffee, premium teas, and hot chocolate.

Outside, enjoy meals together around the outdoor dining table surrounded by nature or just soak the environment gently swinging in one of the egg chairs.

Level 3 – The Retreat

The upper level offers the quietest spaces in the cabin.

Two king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms provide a peaceful retreat, while two bunk rooms each feature two full-over-full bunk beds, making them perfect for children, teens, and larger families.

The upper deck opens to beautiful forest views with the Smoky Mountains in the background. Practice yoga on the deck with the provided mats, relax in the indoor hammock lounger, or unwind in the outdoor lounge where sheer curtains and a swinging day bed create a peaceful mountain escape.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are designed for connection and fun.

Enjoy a casual pickleball court with paddles and equipment provided, a basketball hoop, corn hole, and plenty of room for outdoor games.

As the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit, fire up the pizza oven, or enjoy outdoor grilling while sharing stories beneath the stars.
