This beautiful lakehouse sits just off the main channel of the lake on a quiet canal with beautiful views of the main river and has a retaining wall with ample room and boat cleats to tie up your boat for the weekend. The house also includes ample parking, 3 outdoor tv's with plenty of seating, Starlink internet, upstairs washer and dryer, a large kitchen, a commercial ice maker to fill your boat coolers, and a large covered sitting area to enjoy the outdoors. The bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, and 4 twin bunk beds, offering comfortable sleeping options for 8 guests. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring the lake, this fantastic home provides a wonderful base for your getaway. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
------------
In the kitchen, you will find all necessary items for your stay, including pots and pans, plating and utensils, oven, cooktop, microwave, griddle, and a Keurig. You will also have a large dining room table that is big enough to seat all guests, as well as ample bar seating.
------------
The living area has two tv's, two large couches, a recliner, and 2 additional chairs, providing ample seating to enjoy your company. High speed Starlink internet is provided to all guests and provides coverage for the entire house. Each bedroom is accompanied by a full bathroom with a shower.
------------
Rest in comfort knowing that the exterior of the house is protected by two security cameras. Camera 1 monitors the driveway leading onto the property, and the second camera monitors the boathouse and lakefront. Both cameras monitor only exterior public areas, and neither camera looks into any interior parts of the house.

Renters will need to provide their own boat for lake use, as the two boats on property are not authorized for renter use. However, there is ample room to dock your boat along the canal retaining wall for personal use during your stay.
