Nestled in the hills of Gioiosa Marea, our villa combines authentic Sicilian charm with a unique panorama. Situated in a prime location above Capo Calavà, one of the coast’s most beloved beaches, the property offers a spectacular view of the Aeolian Islands. It’s the ideal retreat to enjoy unforgettable sunsets in complete relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle yet close to all the main attractions.
The house is spread over two levels:
* First floor: spacious, fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining room, sofa bed, bathroom, and a charming wood-burning fireplace—perfect for the colder months.
* Upper level: master bedroom, second bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a private terrace with a sea view—ideal for breakfast at sunrise or evenings under the stars.
Outside, guests can enjoy a dining area with a vine-covered pergola, where they can cook meals on the barbecue, as well as private parking and additional free street parking.
The location is also perfect for exploring northeastern Sicily:

* Nebrodi Park and Floresta – 40/50 km
* Milazzo – 50 km (direct ferry to the Aeolian Islands)
