Exceptional reception staff - Rute, Miguel & Sandhya! Very cheerful & helpful!
Good housekeepers too! Room was cleaned very well, with fresh towels & beddings.
The lift was really slow, and got stuck in lower floors a few times.

Super zentrale Lage in einem frisch renovierten Hotel. Besser geht es fast nicht.
In einer Nacht fanden bis 0:30 Uhr nachts in der Gasse gegenüber noch Bauarbeiten statt. Darauf hat das Hotel keinen Einfluss. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre evtl noch praktisch.

The room was spacious, well decorated, had comfortable beds/linens, excellent bathroom space, excellent lighting, and easy to adjust air conditioning. Reception area was welcoming. Hotel location was perfect for being close to the harbor and also close to multiple restaurants and historical buildings. But most of all was the wonderful staff. Each person we met was friendly, helpful in many ways with answering questions and arranging airport transportation. They made us feel very welcome.
Not a dislike but suggest an additional trash can in the apartment kitchen area.
