The cameras view the front door, driveway, and the owner's boat. - Covered boat slip with lift is available for boats up to 30 ft for an additional $300 per stay. The lift has a 10,000 lb maximum capacity. Guests must contact the owner for access and operating instructions. The existing dock is also available for boat parking at no additional charge. - A Pack-n-Play and highchair are available in the hallway closet near the kitchen and laundry room. - Pool heat is available for guests at $25/night. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
