They were very helpful during checking and extension of stay
The too smelled like cigarettes I requested room service and they didn’t show up for three nights! Someone got all my detail including phone number and tried to scam me via WhatsApp and when I told the management they d need that they have anything doing with it despite the fact they are the only party who could know that I extended my stay and have phone number I use to check in. Also they don’t offer shaving kit and the Flat iron was ferry and ruined my my trousers
