The location. Very comfortable bed! Very clean. Helpful staff.
Shower leaked a bit and could only be used hand held. More hangers would have been helpful, plus some hooks in the room for jackets/wet towels. WiFi was rather variable.

Everything! The staff are super friendly and easy to get hold of if you need to. Fantastic central location although still very quiet and there's a supermarket located directly beneath the rooms. The beds are incredibly comfy, the water is hot and the room is very clean. I will definitely be back here!
Nothing, it was faultless.
