The place is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was well prepared and looked appetizing. Unfortunately, we were rushing somewhere, only ate fruits and muesli for a quick meal. We missed om indulging in the full breakfast. Overall, I loved the place. the view is also stunning.
The bed was comfortable. The facility itself is top-notch. Well done, Serena Inn. .
The waiting at the gate upon arrival and it was rainy. Housekeeping staff apologized for the inconvenience. This hiccup is nothing compared to the wonderful stay we had

Beautiful and clean place, very nice views of the mountain.
Everything was very new still.
Breakfast was terrible, plates with cold fried and scrambled eggs and sausages left out with nowhere to heat the food.
Staff was nowhere to be seen on both mornings while I had breakfast.
Not sure if this place is brand new, hopefully they will gets everything sorted and better set up.
