The location - literally right by Old Town so it's great for tourists. I went for a business trip and this location is well connected to the rest of the city so I was downtown within 10 minutes.
Cleanliness - everything was spotless
Price - compared to most 3-4 star hotels which are at best 'ok', the price here is excellent.
There was quite a bit of street noise because the windows face the street which I assume is a busy street as there was noise practically all night. Not so much as to not be able to sleep, but it was noticeable.
The instructions to find the keys were somewhat confusing. The pin on the Google map did not lead to the actual location of the keys but just nearby. There was however a video which was very helpful that led me exactly to where I needed to go and then also how to find the apartment in the building.
