The interior spaces: privacy and natural light

The villa is arranged over two separate levels, an ideal layout for groups of friends or families traveling together who still want to maintain their own space.

Ground Floor: The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large window overlooking the garden. There is also a second, very bright bedroom and another full bathroom. The highlight here is the large covered veranda: it features a spacious table and a barbecue area designed for summer barbecues and al fresco dining.

Second Level: Accessible via an outdoor staircase, this level is effectively a self-contained apartment. You’ll find a master bedroom, a bathroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and, best of all, a stunning sun terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen—perfect for enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset.

The Garden and the Details That Make All the Difference

Surrounding the house is a Mediterranean garden full of fragrances andshade where you can read a book in peace. When you return from the beach, the best part is taking a shower outside (with hot water, of course) surrounded by plants.
