Located on Chamonix’s sunny south-facing hillside, the apartment enjoys morning sunshine and complete privacy. Its large windows and private 30 m² terrace offer an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the Mont Blanc mountain range.

The space

What truly makes this apartment special is its location: a peaceful and preserved setting surrounded by nature, with uninterrupted views across the Mont Blanc range.

The private 30 m² terrace extends naturally from the living area. Bathed in morning sunshine and completely private, it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the mountains, share a meal outdoors or simply relax and take in the silence of the Alps.

A few steps lead down to the property’s garden, bordered by more than 2,000 m² of protected meadows and green spaces. In spring and autumn, Chamonix’s local shepherd occasionally brings his sheep to graze here — a peaceful and wonderfully authentic Alpine scene.

Inside, the apartment has a warm and distinctive atmosphere, with exposed wooden beams, a green Alpine marble floor, a wood-burning stove and a large marble kitchen worktop. The living room is arranged around a built-in seating area and opens generously onto the surrounding landscape through large windows.

The apartment features one separate bedroom and a second sleeping area opening onto the living room, which can be screened off with a curtain for privacy.

A fifth sleeping space is integrated into the living room. Rather than a conventional sofa bed, it was designed from the outset as a proper sleeping area, with a real bed base and mattress to provide a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom is finished in natural stone and features a walk-in shower and stone basin, creating an elegant and refined atmosphere.

In the evening, the apartment takes on an entirely different character. The lighting can be adjusted to create a soft and warm atmosphere, making the space particularly cosy and relaxing after a day in the mountains.

The apartment has its own independent entrance directly from the garden, and a private parking space is reserved for guests.

The only real challenge may be finding the motivation to leave the apartment and explore Chamonix and the surrounding mountains.
