À propos de cette location de vacances
Bring the whole family — seriously.
Finding a vacation property where 16 guests can actually stay together is difficult. Finding one with two separate buildings, space for adults and kids, and a private outdoor entertainment compound is even harder.
Welcome to your own private Tampa Bay getaway.
This unique property was designed for large families, multiple families traveling together, family reunions, sports groups and group vacations that want to stay together without feeling like everyone is piled into one house.
TWO BUILDINGS. ONE PRIVATE COMPOUND. ROOM FOR 16.
Your group gets the entire property.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main residence features:
5 bedrooms
2 full bathrooms
Sleeping accommodations for 10 guests
Spacious kitchen
Large island with seating
Dining area
Comfortable living spaces
TVs throughout
Bright, updated interior
Plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals, movies and time together
THE KIDS HOUSE
This is where the property becomes something completely different.
The separate Kids House sleeps up to 6 additional guests, giving children and teens their own space while still keeping everyone together on the same private property.
The kids get their own vacation headquarters.
The adults get theirs.
And everyone meets outside for the fun.
TOTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: UP TO 16 GUESTS
YOUR OWN PRIVATE OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND
You may have trouble getting everyone to leave the property.
Step outside and you'll find a recreation area built for spending time together.
Enjoy:
Basketball
Ping-pong
Mini golf / putting games
Cornhole
Outdoor games
Covered gazebo / gathering areas
Outdoor seating
Large private outdoor areas
Indoor games and entertainment
Plenty of room for kids and adults to play
Instead of everyone disappearing into separate hotel rooms at the end of the day, your entire group has a place to eat, play, compete, laugh and spend the vacation together.
STAY IN THE MIDDLE OF TAMPA BAY
One of the biggest advantages of this property is location.
You're staying in central Pinellas County, giving your group access to the Gulf beaches in one direction and Tampa/St. Petersburg in the other.
Spend one day on the white-sand Gulf beaches.
Spend another exploring Clearwater.
Head into downtown St. Petersburg for restaurants, museums, the waterfront and nightlife.
Catch a game or event in Tampa.
Then come back to your own private compound instead of squeezing everyone into multiple hotel rooms.
Nearby destinations include:
Indian Rocks Beach
Clearwater Beach
Madeira Beach
Florida Gulf Coast beaches
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)
Tampa International Airport (TPA)
Downtown St. Petersburg
Downtown Tampa
Tampa Bay sporting and entertainment venues
Shopping, groceries and restaurants throughout Largo and Clearwater
Ulmerton Road/FL-688 provides a direct east-west route toward both the Gulf beaches and the Tampa side of the bay, making this an especially convenient home base for groups that want to experience more than just one part of Tampa Bay.
BUILT FOR THE TRIP EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT LATER
This isn't the property you book when you're looking for another ordinary vacation rental.
It's for the trip where:
Grandparents come.
The cousins come.
The kids bring friends.
Two or three families vacation together.
Everyone has somewhere to sleep, the kids have their own building, and your group has an entire private property to enjoy.
16 guests. Two buildings. One private compound. Tons of entertainment. Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast at your doorstep.
Book the compound, bring the whole crew, and make this the vacation everyone remembers.
