Matarangi is a three-story beachfront home in Grayton Beach along 30A, where the laid-back coastal setting keeps the Gulf at the center of the stay. The chef's kitchen is genuinely equipped — the kind where someone can break down a fresh catch on one counter while somebody else works on cocktails at the other — and it flows straight into the dining and living areas with seating for up to 15 between the long table and the breakfast bar.
