Enter the condo from the interior stairwell on the ground level through the door marked 5B. The entry level features two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and TV, along with a shared full bathroom featuring granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.
Upstairs, the newly remodeled open-concept living area is bright and welcoming with vaulted ceilings, updated furnishings and finishes, comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Roku-enabled smart TV, DVD player, stereo, and large windows showcasing views of the Valley Floor and surrounding mountains. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals after a day of adventure.
Also on the upper level is the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub (jets do not work), separate shower, and dual access from both the bedroom and hallway for added convenience.
