Room 421 presented well. Modern and new. Nice decor and on trend. Bathroom is nice, shower is good. Pillows good, mirrors good. Lighting is good. Great value for just one night. Staff friendly and accommodating, felt welcomed. Close to hospital.
The bed is too firm/stiff, didn't sleep well.
Found used tissues between the bed and side table.
Our room smelt strong, like chemically new.
Although design is on trend, the finishing on the painting and silicone on areas and corners are a bit rough, which are noticeable, the glue like smudges looked grubby.
Can hear the guests in the room above us using the toilet, flushing and showering ect.
