Parking was very secure, beds were comfy and ideal for the town centre. Lovely decor
Other people's property in the apartment, ie shoes left out, blankets thrown over dining chairs, food left in fridge. Dead flowers left in a vase on dining table.
Didn't look as if it had been cleaned very dusty, cup rings on table, TVs in bedroom not working, toilet seat unsecure.
It felt like someone was living there. Food etc still in cupboards.
Internet technician arrived to install broadband during our stay. As paying guests we are not there to give access to workmen who want to carry out the work whilst we are still in the property! Highly unprofessional!!
