Friendly staff, easy location for city centre, parking
The apartment was very tired and it was a bit noisy being next to the kitchen.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.
Lack of facilities provided. We rented an apartment with a kitchen. Lots of cupboard space but nothing in them! No teaspoons, for instance, in fact very little other cutlery at all. 2 clothes hangers to share between 3 people. No soap in the bathroom. Just basically very little thought given to what makes a comfortable stay.
