With room for families, couples, and friends, a chef's kitchen, and an office workspace, it’s the ideal home base for a Chattanooga getaway!

Our Favorite Things About The Southie

Enjoy the perfect Southside location beside Oddstory Brewing, with downtown attractions a short drive away. The fourth-floor balcony offers beautiful views of the city and Lookout Mountain. Inside, high-speed internet and a huge Smart TV make it easy to unwind in the evenings. A drip coffee maker and medium-roast coffee are provided, along with a travel crib in the king bedroom!



Home Layout

The first floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garage entrance and stacked washer and dryer are also on this level for added convenience.



On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen and dining area is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and all the essentials for meals at home. The living area has a large sectional and the 75-inch Smart TV.



The third floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed, a sofa bed, and a large private bathroom. Across the hall is another full bathroom and queen bedroom.



The fourth floor has a bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle, the office area, a selection of family-friendly board games, and the large balcony overlooking Chattanooga.



Nearby Dining & Attractions

Oddstory Brewing is right next door, with craft beer, food, and a family-friendly setting. Downtown Chattanooga’s restaurants and attractions are just minutes away!

Guests have private access to the entire townhome and its one-car garage during their stay.

We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



The townhome spans four floors. Guests must be able to use stairs to access the upper levels.



Complimentary street parking is available, along with a one-car garage at the back of the home.
