In romantic Österlen, you’ll find this small, charming farm with a large, modern house surrounded by gardens and fields.
The house has a typical Scanian charm with exposed beams, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light. The interior is modern, clean, and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. There’s a spacious dining area and living room with plenty of space for guests.
On the first floor, there is a modern kitchen, a dining room with a stove, a 35-square-meter living room with windows on three sides, and a newly renovated shower and toilet with underfloor heating. The entrance is through a glass-enclosed passageway that also leads to the courtyard. On cloudy days, you can sit and eat here while still feeling close to nature.
On the upper level: a small restroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a master bedroom with a double bed and a sweeping view of the fields, a family room, and a large bedroom with two beds (+2) overlooking the courtyard. In addition, there is plenty of space for extra beds or cribs.
