There was a scheduling error when we arrived but thankfully the host had another property to stay at which was a full apartment and it was fantastic. Can’t thank the host enough for the accommodation.
The communication was lacking but I continued reaching out through call, text and email all the way to the point of arriving when we found out there was an issue with scheduling. They knew I was heading there. THis was a same day booking and arrival but when booking the site it said it was available.
