I liked the convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. The three rooms made it a comfortable and suitable place for my family.

The apartment is somewhat dated, with noticeable wear on the window handles, sinks and door handles. I also found the staff unprofessional. They told me I would be charged €150 if I arrived after 7 pm because the staff member responsible for check-in lived an hour and a half outside the city. They also said I would lose my entire booking if I arrived late without notifying them and paying the fee in advance. I stayed in direct contact with them and requested check-in and parking instructions 10 minutes before arriving. They simply said they would provide the details upon arrival. I arrived at 6:30 pm, within the stated check-in hours. Despite this, I was told to wait 15 minutes while they wrote the instructions. There was nowhere to park, so I had to keep driving around to avoid stopping illegally in the street. They eventually told me to collect the key from California Coffee downstairs. They apologised and explained that they had expected me not to arrive on time! This left me questioning the justification for the €150 late check-in fee and the explanation about a staff member travelling from so far away, when the key could simply be left at the café—as it was in my case. It felt like an attempt to charge extra unnecessarily. Be aware of the restrictive timings: check-in ends at 7 pm, and you must check out before 9 am.
