The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In the winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment using the following public transportation lines: 1 / 3 / 8 / 10, getting off at the UDINE viale Ungheria stop (across from No. 61), a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in 8 minutes;

- If you’re traveling by car, to get to Udine, take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from there, the roads leading to Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.

Parking is not included. However, paid parking (blue lines) is available on Via Aquileia or on neighboring streets (NOT guaranteed).
