Ideal for hosting up to 9 people, the property features three eclectic and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped and perfectly organized bathroom. The sleeping areas are divided as follows: a master bedroom featuring a single sofa bed; a second master bedroom with an adjoining room that includes a double sofa bed and an en suite bathroom; and finally, a third intimate and cozy room with a double sofa bed.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious and bright living area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view outside. At your complete disposal is a kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need to comfortably prepare breakfasts and meals, as well as a convenient laundry area. From May through September, the beautiful private outdoor pool is open, where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful, profound silence of the Sannio countryside.
