This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sits directly on a beautiful natural rock ledge overlooking the lake. A staircase of approximately 50 steps leads from the house down to the water and large private dock, where you can spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, soaking up the sun, or simply enjoying the incredible views.
The location offers big-water views and very deep water, making it an excellent spot for swimming, boating, and fishing. Kids will love exploring the natural rock shelf along the shoreline, a perfect place to splash around, climb, and create those classic Smith Lake vacation memories.
