On the first floor, the house opens onto a Large warm and friendly living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Large openings allow you to take full advantage of the light and give direct access to the terrace.

The south-facing terrace, decorated with a magnificent vineyard, is one of the privileged places in the house. It is ideal for having breakfast in the sun, having lunch with the family or sharing an aperitif at the end of the day.

Also on the first floor, a master suite with a 140 cm bed has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
