The apartment, located in the elegant and quiet Residenza Cestia, is in a prime location for exploring the city. Just 50 meters from the Garbatella Metro station, you can reach the historic center (Circo Massimo, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, and Termini Station) in just a few stops.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable, brand-new sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, a second bedroom, and another bathroom.
The apartment also features a very large and comfortable furnished terrace overlooking a quiet communal garden. You can relax after a day exploring the city and enjoy dinner in complete tranquility. Furthermore, the house faces entirely onto the communal garden, ensuring peace and quiet for a well-deserved rest both day and night.
