🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit. Please hang passes from the rear view mirror until your departure.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
