A special highlight is the year-round heated pool. Whether on a sunny summer day or with a view of the snow-capped Chiemgau mountains—here you can relax and enjoy the water any time of year. The hot tub and a beautiful sauna made of fragrant Swiss stone pine provide additional relaxation, allowing you to unwind wonderfully after a hike, a day of skiing, or an outing.
The Bergwiesn vacation apartment offers even more space for relaxation and special vacation moments. Look forward to our new hot tub, which promises pure relaxation after an active day in the mountains. In the completely renovated lounge, comfortable seating invites you to linger. An additional highlight of our ground-floor apartment is the new campfire area with a grill. (The heated pool is not intended for swimming.)
The Alpenglühen vacation rental features two spacious living levels, with three cozy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In the basement, a 40 m² recreation room awaits you, featuring a pool table, foosball, and darts for fun and games. A cozy seating area also invites you to gather together and relax.
Please let us know if you need a crib (five euros/day) or a high chair (free of charge) for your stay. In addition, there are two beautifully designed playgrounds for our younger guests, just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
Dogs are welcome. To ensure adequate space and animal welfare, a maximum of two dogs is allowed in our vacation apartments. Since dogs prefer to sleep in their own beds, we ask that you bring your own dog bed or blankets mitzubringen.Es, only dogs are permitted; no other pets such as cats, birds, or small animals are allowed. The fee is 10.00 EUR per dog per night.

Spread across two spacious levels, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This means the vacation apartment offers plenty of space and comfort—even for several people who want to spend their vacation together while still enjoying plenty of privacy.
A special highlight is the beautiful Swiss stone pine sauna. After a hike through the mountains, a long bike ride, or an action-packed winter day, you can relax wonderfully here. The characteristic scent of Swiss stone pine and the pleasant warmth create a particularly cozy atmosphere.
Outside, too, the Alpenglühen offers plenty of space to enjoy yourself: On the first floor, a spacious balcony awaits you, from which you can already enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains.
The second floor is something truly special: the large balcony terrace invites you to spend as much time as possible in the fresh air. Start your day here with a leisurely breakfast and a view of the mountains, enjoy meals together under the open sky, or simply relax in the afternoon and evening. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and take in the impressive Alpine panorama.

In the basement of our vacation home, a true play paradise awaits guests of all ages: Spanning approximately 80 m², our spacious indoor playground offers plenty of room for climbing, running around, playing, and having fun together—no matter the weather!
Little adventurers can try their hand at the climbing wall, dive into the ball pit, or launch themselves into their next adventure via the platform with a slide. For our youngest guests, there’s also a lovingly designed sensory wall as well as plenty of small toys to discover and play with.
Older children, teens, and adults won’t be left out either: air hockey, pool, foosball, and darts ensure exciting matches and fun times together.
Whether it’s a rainy day, a cozy evening, or just a quick break to play—everyone will find their favorite activity here. A private indoor playground right in the vacation home where the whole family can have fun together!

You don’t have to go without fresh laundry even while on vacation. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement of our vacation home.
This way, you can conveniently wash and dry your laundry right in the vacation home—especially handy for longer stays, family vacations, or after an eventful day out in nature.
