Casa Guarumo is a magical place for those looking for a family experience or with a large group of friends. Casa Guarumo is 100 meters from the historic center of Monteverde. Around this beautiful park, there is a mini-market of organic products and vegetables, a coffee barista, and a cooperative where in addition to handcrafts, they offer the best breakfasts and lunches in the area with typical specials of Costa Rican food. We recommend visiting the private natural reserves Cricancha and Bosque Eterno de Los Niños, just a 0.2-mile walk from Casa Guarumo. In addition to food recommendations, Stellas Bakery offers the best fusion pastry, and just 50 meters away is Tramonti, with its succulent Italian menu and the best handmade Monteverde pizza.
