Quietly located in the southern part of Westerland, this spacious 83 m² vacation apartment spans two levels and offers plenty of room for up to five people. Three bedrooms, an open-concept country-style kitchen, and the sunny west-facing balcony with a view of the dike meadows make Casa Karline a wonderfully unpretentious retreat for families, friends, and shared days on the island.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area on the upper floor. A large sofa and a cozy armchair invite you to put your feet up after a long day at the beach and simply do nothing for a while. There’s plenty of space here for evenings together, a good movie, or planning your next vacation over a cup of coffee.

A true favorite spot awaits right outside the door: From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished, west-facing balcony. Here, enjoy the afternoon sun, let your gaze wander over Sylt’s dyke meadows, and even spot the dunes in the distance. A lovely spot for your first cup of coffee in the fresh air—and just as lovely for a relaxing end to the day.

The spacious country-style kitchen opens directly onto the living area. It is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a cozy breakfast or an evening of cooking together, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Afterward, the whole vacation group gathers around the large dining table.

Also on the upper floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is located directly on the same level. Particularly convenient for a longer stay on the island: a private washing machine is also available.

An easily accessible staircase leads up to the attic. Here, two more cozy retreats await: a second bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed. This makes Casa Karline’s layout particularly ideal for families or friends traveling together—everyone can find their own space to retreat to and relax.

Even your four-legged family members don’t have to wait until your Sylt vacation to feel at home: Dogs are warmly welcome at Casa Karline.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Two TVs provide entertainment, and games and books are provided for younger guests. A private parking space right next to the house rounds out the comfort of your island home.
