With its 200 m², the apartment spans multiple levels and is designed to accommodate families and groups who wish to experience Tuscany without sacrificing privacy, tranquility, and comfort.
MAIN FLOOR
The main floor features a spacious open-concept living room, perfect for relaxing together, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a private garage connected to the house—a unique convenience in the historic center.
TERRACE
Climbing the stone staircase leads to the true highlight of the house: a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills, where the sun offers unforgettable sunsets every evening. Furnished with a table, a small seating area, sun loungers, and a pergola covered in climbing plants, it’s the ideal spot for breakfast al fresco, a glass of wine at sunset, or dinner under the stars.
