Open plan and spacious apartment with mezzanine floor bedroom and one other separate bedroom downstairs which is only accessible through the bathroom. Comfortable and modern with all the necessities too.
Private outdoor grass area with an outdoor seat

Fully self contained apartment with a back yard area, very private. Off street parking down driveway. Room for a trailer as required

Located in a quite neighborhood area, close to the supermarket and only a 15 minute stroll to the town basin and Centre of town

The property is only a 10-15 min walk to the Centre of town and to the town basin
