Very clean, excellent facilities, easy to find with very helpful communication from staff. Bus stop very close for airport and train station. For the price I paid this was excellent accom.
The address was different from advertised on booking.com - further from the old town than expected - but I was told this after booking and given a chance to cancel. I am noise sensitive so found the washing machine (used very frequently by neighbours) just outside the apartment door noisy, same with a bottle recycling bin outside the bedroom window which got emptied early every morning.

It is pretty close to the center of krakow and there are bus and tram stops nearby the apartment, which is fabulous.
I also like how spacious the living room is, and that we were able to make use of the kitchen.
Bathroom was really clean as well, shower water gets warm very quickly.

Absolutely terrible arrival. The code for the lockbox that was sent on the day of arrival was not correct. We tried contacting the host by phone, webchat, What's App and Booking.com. Even though we were in the hours of service (arrival at 8:15 pm local time), we never received a reply! We were on the verge of looking for another property when we went back to the Booking.com message days earlier which had the right code.
