Wake up minutes from Assateague`s wild ponies in a brand-new home built for groups of up to 14. The Island House has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a full chef`s kitchen, and open living space big enough for the whole group to actually spend time together instead of splitting off into separate rooms.

Welcome to The Island House, a brand new luxury coastal retreat designed for unforgettable stays on Chincoteague Island.

From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel the difference. Natural light fills the open-concept living space, where soaring ceilings, beautiful finishes, and carefully curated décor create an inviting place to gather after a day exploring the island. Whether you`re enjoying coffee on the porch, preparing dinner together, or relaxing with family after visiting Assateague, every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind.

The fully equipped chef`s kitchen features premium appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant stone countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The spacious dining and living areas make entertaining effortless while creating the perfect atmosphere for making lasting memories.

Two luxurious king suites offer a peaceful retreat, while the bunk room is ideal for children, extended family, or larger groups. High-quality linens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure everyone enjoys a restful stay.

Located just minutes from the best of Chincoteague Island, you`ll have easy access to:

• Assateague National Seashore and the world-famous wild ponies
• Downtown Chincoteague`s local restaurants, shops, bakeries, and ice cream shops
• Kayaking, boating, fishing, and wildlife excursions (You can walk right over to Chincoteague Island Outfitters!)
• Scenic walking and biking trails
