Built in 1890, the villa captivates with its unique atmosphere and offers ample space for up to 7 guests. With four cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright living area, the apartment is ideal for families, multiple generations, or friends who want to spend their North Sea vacation together.

A special highlight is the balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee here, relax after an eventful day, or let the evening wind down in a peaceful atmosphere.

A vacation right on Lake Wangermeer

The villa is located right on the shore of Lake Wangermeer. In just about a minute’s walk, you’ll reach the promenade and direct access to the water. Whether it’s a walk along the lake, a bike ride through the Wangerland, or a beautiful sunset—it all begins practically right at your doorstep.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine provide added comfort, even during longer stays.

Several free parking spaces are available right in front of the villa.
Even vans, minibuses, or Sprinters can easily park here—ideal for larger families or groups traveling together.

Your dog is also welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the vacation together.

Its quiet location on the Wangermeer also makes the villa the perfect starting point for excursions to Hooksiel, Horumersiel, Schillig, or Carolinensiel, as well as to the popular North Sea beaches.

If you appreciate plenty of space, the charm of a historic villa, and the immediate proximity to Lake Wangermeer, you’ll find this the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
