Modern . Spacious room.
Kitchenette with all you need to prepare a meal.
Free breakfast amenities.
Big comfortable room.
Easy self check-in.
AC.
Washing machine and dryer in the hallway, included in the price.
The location.Hard to get to town without having to walk on a busy main road 10 min ( i don't think you are even allowed) .The other option is a 30 min detour through the streets with no light at night.
The quality of the towels. Please invest in buying some quality towels that actually absorb water. It contradicts the whole quality of the room.

• Impeccably clean: The accommodation was very clean throughout my entire stay.
• Comfortable bed: The bed was really nice and comfortable to sleep in.
• Decent breakfast: There is a small breakfast provided. It is quite basic, but definitely sufficient to start the day.
• Terrible location: The house is located very close to a main road and the surrounding area is extremely loud.
• No consideration for noise: There was very little respect for quiet hours inside the building. Other people were slamming doors constantly.
• Rule breaking: Washing machines were being operated late at night, completely ignoring the house rules and posted quiet times.
