Hotel Shazeli by UK Group

Since we arrived at the hotel early, we were given complimentary early check-in. A crib for our baby was provided in the room free of charge. Thank you very much for your kindness and helpfulness. We will definitely choose your hotel again for our next visit.

The bathtub in our room was a bit small for me.

From the moment I stepped inside, the boutique ambiance was utterly captivating. The interior design strikes a magnificent balance between rustic heritage and contemporary sophistication. My room was exceptionally well-appointed, immaculate, and possessed a serene charm that made unwinding after exploring Baku effortless. The bedding provided unparalleled comfort, and every fixture felt deliberately curated. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated exemplary hospitality warm, attentive, and consistently proactive without being intrusive. Its prime location also made navigating the city’s historic landmarks seamless. It truly exceeded all my expectations for a boutique getaway.

Absolutely nothing to fault. The entire stay was seamless from check-in to check-out.

I This is my second trip to Baku, and what I liked most about this hotel was its cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. In terms of location, I think it is situated in one of the best parts of the Old City. It is also very convenient for transportation, as Icherisheher Metro Station and nearby bus stops are easily accessible from here.

I had booked a budget room. Unfortunately, since there were no other rooms available)
