Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
The apartment is clean, compact, and located near the waterfront and lots of restaurants. Once you're in town, and you've dealt with your luggage, the apartment is reasonably easy to get to although it is up a moderately steep hill.
First, the apartment is small; really small! If you're one person traveling alone it would be fine. If you're two people but have only small backpacks then you'd probably be OK -- except the way the bed is situated, one person has to climb over the other to get out. If you have any luggage then there's really nowhere to put it except on the sofa, and that means there's nowhere comfortable to sit. Even with just one small carry-on each we couldn't find space to open our bags except on the sofa.
Speaking of luggage, there's no good way to get from your car to the apartment with your luggage. If you drive into town and stop near the apartment, one person would have to stay with the luggage while the other person finds a place to park. On top of that, unless you're very quick about it, you'll pay 6 Euro just to unload your luggage, and maybe another 6 to load it back into your car on the day you leave. Once you've dropped your luggage you have to drive about 15 minutes to get to the closer of two parking lots, then walk about 10 minutes back to the apartment. It is NOT POSSIBLE to carry your luggage from the parking garage to the apartment, not unless you're really strong or you have only a backpack.
About the apartment being really small, the table has three chairs but the table itself is so small there's barely room for two people to sit at it. If you have anything more than one small plate each there won't be room on the table. Also too small: the duvet, at least for two people; it's barely as wide as the bed. Similarly, the towels are very small, nowhere near what most people would consider a bath towel. I was barely able to dry myself after my shower (and the shower is also really small).
The air conditioner wasn't working, there are no windows to let air in, and the only window (above the door) lets the foyer light shine in every time someone comes in the front door!
