The home and your stay

The bright, open living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stone fireplace, creating a comfortable place to gather while keeping the surrounding scenery in view. Settle onto the couch with a book, enjoy a movie, or spend an easy evening catching up after the day’s adventures.

The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, and cooking basics for meals at home, along with a coffee maker, kettle, blender, and dishwasher. Prepare breakfast before heading out or share dinner around the dining table.

The game room gives your group another place to spend time together, with foosball and shuffleboard for friendly competition. Board games and reading material are also provided for quieter afternoons.

Outside, the covered deck invites slow mornings with coffee and mountain views. Fire up the BBQ for dinner on the patio, then gather around the outdoor firepit as the evening cools.

Air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience. Families traveling with little ones will also find a travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware.

Estes Park is a true mountain destination, which means weather and wildlife are part of the experience. Snow conditions can change quickly in winter months, so a vehicle suited for mountain driving is recommended when storms are possible.

This home is located within an HOA community. Exterior maintenance, including snow removal for walkways and the roof, is handled by the HOA on their schedule, so timing may vary during active weather.

Cell service can occasionally be spotty in the mountains depending on your carrier, though high speed Wi-Fi is provided.

This is a pet-free home to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
