This contemporary villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and an open-plan living space that incorporates a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a dining table, coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart flat-screen TV and enjoys access to the sun terrace and pool.
Outside, the property features a private garden and an outdoor pool surrounded by a terrace with space for alfresco dining, and a BBQ providing an ideal setting for gatherings and family fun.
