House was perfect for our large group for our family vacation, plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent! Never had to wait for a call back, a human always answered! Golf cart was such and awesome addition. Easy check in and check out, would definitely book with Sugar Palm again!

We really enjoyed our stay at toes in the sand! The house was beautiful and the Beach was amazing. The golf cart was definitely a necessity. The outdoor shower after the beach is not cold like most rinse stations. Perfect little pool for relaxing in the evening after a long day in the sun. I got to say the house is perfect to accommodate your stay in Destin. We will definitely be making it a repeat vacation!

The property was great, it was beautifully decorated, clean and we had lots of room for our big family. The outdoor area was awesome, we sat out there every night while kids swam. The host was very quick to respond to myquestions before we arrived. Highly recommend

The patio was filthy, the patio cushions were mildewed and had to be cleaned, excessive amounts of ants everywhere ( told by maintenance other homes were complaining), to the point could not enjoy sitting outside or the pool. No one came to spray. The golf cart was old, but most of all unsafe. Maintenance came, said was safe until my husband took him out for ride. When brakes applied would continue to roll right past stop sign. Solution from company was for us to rent another cart and they would reimburse us later. The washer on third floor was mildewed and stunk. Would not wash clothes in this washer. No hand rail on last set of stairs going to third floor. The couch was dirty, ants in kitchen (did put some ant traps out). The home was decorated nicely. The company handling the property did respond when we contacted them, but there were so many issues that every time we turned around we were having to postpone or cancel our plans to be there for them to send someone. Finally, we got tired of dealing with the issues. We were there to relax after my husband had recovered from open heart surgery. I will never rent from the company that manages this property and I only hope the owner will make some major changes. If issues are taken care of, it is a lovely home. When I pay this kind of money to rent a home, the last thing I want to do is deal with issues. Very bad experience!
