**⏰ Check-in & Check-out**

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

**🔊 Music & Noise**
• Music is allowed at a reasonable volume.
• Please avoid excessive noise, especially late at night.
• Guests must respect neighbouring farms and the peaceful surroundings.

**🏊 Swimming Pool**
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving, running or dangerous activities around the pool.
• Appropriate swimming attire must be worn.
• Use of the swimming pool is at guests` own responsibility.

**🔥 BBQ & Bonfire**
• BBQ and bonfire are allowed only in the designated areas.
• Never leave fire unattended.
• Please fully extinguish the fire after use.
• Do not move BBQ or bonfire equipment to other areas of the farm.

**🐇 Animals & Birds**
• Please treat all animals and birds gently and respectfully.
• Children must be supervised around animals.
• Do not feed animals without permission from the caretaker.

• Smoking is not permitted inside bedrooms or indoor areas.
