The space
Welcome to our custom-built family mountain home in Packwood—a special place created for gathering with friends and family and enjoying everything the mountains have to offer, year-round.
Located in the peaceful Upper Timberline community, you'll be just 5 minutes from downtown Packwood, less than 15 minutes from Mt. Rainier National Park and approximately 20 minutes from White Pass Ski Area.
As you enter the main level, you're greeted by a dramatic great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed solid-wood beams and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the surrounding mountains. A real wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, creating the perfect place to warm up after a day of skiing at White Pass or hiking around Mt. Rainier.
The great room opens directly onto an expansive wraparound wood deck with beautiful mountain views and peek-a-boo views of the Cowlitz River. Fire up the Blackstone flat-top grill, enjoy dinner outside as the sun sets behind the mountains, then gather around the fire table for drinks and stargazing.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals, including cookware, pots and pans, utensils, blender, toaster, kettle, pancake griddle, coffee maker and Keurig. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home features 3 private bedrooms plus a spacious sleeping and game loft:
• Primary Suite — Queen bed, main floor, private ensuite full bathroom
