Jolls Cottage is full of character, combining the charm of a Grade II listed country cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, with a king-size bed, double bed and twin bedroom. Downstairs you’ll find a cosy sitting room, dining space and well-equipped kitchen, with excellent Wi-Fi throughout.



Outside is one of the things that makes Jolls particularly special. There’s a huge private, dog-safe garden with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the countryside, together with your own hot tub, outdoor dining area and summerhouse.



Whether you’re gathering around the table, relaxing by the fire or soaking in the hot tub under the Lincolnshire sky, Jolls is a wonderful place to slow down and spend time together.



The Space:

Jolls Cottage sits in the tiny rural village of Greetham, surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds.



There are beautiful walks from the doorstep, while the historic market town of Horncastle is just a few miles away for shops, pubs, cafés and everyday essentials. Woodhall Spa, Louth and historic Lincoln are all within easy reach, and the Lincolnshire coast makes a great day out.



It’s wonderfully peaceful and secluded, yet you’re never too far from somewhere to explore.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, private hot tub, summerhouse and large dog-safe garden. Private off-road parking is available for two cars, or three smaller cars.

Horncastle and Spilsby are just a short 3-mile drive away, offering local shops and dining options. For a day trip, the beautiful Lincolnshire coast is only a 30-minute drive, and the historic city of Lincoln is reachable in about 45 minutes, providing a blend of history, culture, and further amenities. Enjoy the best of both worlds – a peaceful haven with easy access to exploration.

Please note that our cottage features original, quirky stairs leading to the bedrooms, which adds to its historic charm. Please be aware that our CHANGE OVER DAYS are strictly Mondays and Fridays. We offer three-night stays from Friday to Monday, four-night stays from Monday to Friday, or full-week stays starting on either Monday or Friday. Free street parking is available for your convenience, and pets are welcome.
