Sienna-Rose is a unique, architecturally designed home set across from the beach in a lush, private garden, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Despite it’s reclusive position backing onto a rainforest reserve, it is literally only a 30 second walk to the beach and approximately 5-10 minutes walk to Mission Beach Village’s cafes, art galleries and shops. It’s a great option for holiday accommodation in Mission Beach.
Rates and Occupancy:
Sienna-Rose sleeps a total of 10, 8 + 2 extras on rollaway beds when entire house booked.
Regardless of the number of guests if you require the whole house the rate will be $650 .
You are welcome to set these rollaway beds up anywhere in the house when the booking is for 8 people. 7 person bookings are not an option. Please let us know if you will be using the extra mattresses so we can provide additional linen.
Infants and children under 3 in any booking configuration are welcome to use the complimentary port-a-cot or share existing bedding.
The entrance to the house brings you into a lovely spacious outdoor living area which flows through to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The ocean breezes are channeled through this area and flow magnificently through the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with Nespresso coffee machine and European appliances, a large breakfast bench and walk in pantry.
The Lounge and dining areas overlook the pool and backyard and the TV is connected to Netflix through the free NBN wifi that is available throughout the house.
The Master bedroom is a separate parents’ retreat and accessed via a breeze-way off the lounge room.
Room configuration:
Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2, 1 x King bed, Private outdoor ensuite, TV, Walk in robe, Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Private outdoor ensuite, TV and DVD, Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.
Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.
Minimum of 5 nights is required for QLD school Holidays and a minimum 3 nights is required off Peak.

We had a great time getting away with mates from across the country for a catch-up somewhere warm. Plenty of communal space and a well fitted out kitchen for catching up while also being able to relax in spacious bedrooms when you need time away from the bigger group.
Perfect position a short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants etc.

This house us in a perfect position to both beach & village. Private, great floor plan. Excellent equipped kitchen. Pool very cold due to large trees. Loved our stay only minus was too cold to swim

The house has a "resort" vibe, and, is set on a large suburban property with lush green gardens beneath beautiful big trees. It is a beautiful property, and, great location, being close to the beach, and, resort! It is a house to share with your family, and, friends. Or, is suitable for a large family with older children. I have a large family with young children. And, I found it slightly challenging to stay in the master suite with my younger children in the main part of the house. Luckily we packed more than 1 video baby monitor! We were able to monitor the hallway to the kids bedrooms, as well as a monitor in the toddler room. I found the outdoor ensuites, and, the separated master suite very inconvenient, as, you need to lock and re-lock when entering in/out of the buildings when getting up through the night etc.
I love this property, but, there's changes that I would make to benefit the overall comfort, and, make it feel more secure for visitors.
